Reading this article made me realize how this is becoming a really big issue in this country. Poverty rates are increasing every day. A lot of people are loosing their jobs, homes, families. From my point I think suburbs are getting more poverty people and homeless people because of toreing down projects. Also higher taxes and housing in the city then in suburbs. This Government needs to find a way of giving states the money , and to stop feeding all the money to war overseas. I think this should worry about major problems in this country like for example Economy.

Homelessness will always be around while we don't do something about our economy and poverty. Economy is getting worst every day, people are loosing their jobs , and not getting a good wealth care from government. As of now we don't even have enough of homeless shelters . There is a lot of people sleeping in parks, under the bridges streets and etc. Chicago needs to provide this people with place and food where they could stay, and not just some of them.This is the riches country and I do not see how they allow to have homeless people on the streets.
